I'm glad you're posting semi-regularly again. I hope you've got one of your full blown rants in the works. Those are my favorite.
Hello anon!
I'm glad you're glad. I'd probably blog even if nobody ever read what I wrote, but it's really nice to know that someone does, even to the point of having a favorite. Thank you, I mean it.
Now that I look at it, what I just wrote sounded pretty sarcastic and insincere. It's tough to put inflection and tone into writings. Let me try again:
It's really satisfying to know that someone takes the time out of his or her busy schedule and occasionally reads what I write. I am sincerely and unsarcastically much obliged to know that you enjoy my "rants".
Okay, that was completely and totally sarcastic and insincere sounding. Come on, thesaurus:
I swear to God, I'm forever indebted to you for your wonderful, kind comments. I'm telling the truth, really!
Now I'm even starting to doubt how sincere I am. It's like whatever I write comes across as the opposite of what I mean. Time for a different strategy:
I don't give a rat's ass what you think! If you like rants so much why don't you get off your lazy ass and write one yourself! I'm not getting paid for this!
Well, at least that sounded sincere.
Seriously though, thanks for the kind words.
Well, that sincerity didn't last long.
Rob
